• 2 years of experience in the HVAC and Refrigeration repair and service field
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new trades and skills as needed
• Provide solutions and perform the tasks necessary to keep our partners facilities running smoothly
• Ability to document detailed accounts of tasks completed through the use of our company app
• Capacity to retain and apply information and skilled training
• Ability to handle various tasks in a fast paced high stress environment
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
