Horn Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician in Exton, PA . The ideal candidate will already have HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work accurately.

~ Service all equipment according to an established service schedule, company standards, and within acceptable time frames; troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site.
Perform occasional residential HVAC installations and system replacements as needed.
Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
Document all work completed legibly and accurately according to company policy and submit daily.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the field to ensure excellent service and enhance the company’s image.
Apply product knowledge and pursue additional training/education as appropriate.
High school diploma or equivalent required
~2-5 years of HVAC Experience
~ OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred
~ The starting hourly base wage for this position is $25-$45.
