3+ years of tech lead or management experience (REQUIRED)

Experience with Banking/Financial Services (a plus)

Disciplined programming using TDD (Test First Development)

Experience with maintaining 24x7 Deployments

Experience with IBM Websphere

Performance Tuning of n-tier Web Applications

Experience with Web frameworks (e.g., Angular

JS) is a plus

Experience with test Frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Watij, HP-QTP)

Soft Skills:

Ability to communicate and define processes for a client organization
Ability to validate analysis documents and translate functional requirements
Ability to write comprehensive design documents
Leading client implementations
Participate in defining development standards
Mentoring and/or managing technical resources
Strong initiative to recommend and implement technical improvements
