Our client is a leading UK manufacturer of high-quality equipment, known for our innovation and exceptional customer service. They are looking for an Admin Sales Support to provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to our Sales and Customer Service Team.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails, ensuring responses are prompt and professional.
• Process UK and export orders accurately using our bespoke CRM system, including pricing, discounts, and customer details.
• Prepare and send customer quotations and proforma invoices.
• Confirm delivery dates and maintain communication with customers throughout the order lifecycle.
• Provide general administrative support including document handling, filing, and data entry.
• Assist with holiday and sickness cover within the Sales and Customer Service Team.
• Maintain accurate records and support the preparation of sales reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as production and logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment.
