VCARB F1 Team - Production Project Manager

Experteer Overview  As Senior Production Project Manager, you will lead the technical oversight and coordination of F1 car parts production. You will ensure solutions meet technical, quality, and planning constraints while guiding cross-functional teams from design to manufacturing. You’ll define feasible technical approaches and provide documentation and support to production departments. This role sits at the heart of high-performance manufacturing, shaping processes and escalating actions when needed.

Retribuzione / Benefits   Oversee all technical aspects of production projects, including handling non-conformities raised during track events
Collaborate with Production Planning to set deadlines, targets, and optimize lead times
Work with Design Office, Quality, PMO, Car Eng and others to identify feasible production and quality solutions
Coordinate with Production Departments to optimize lead time and improve quality
Mentor Production Project Managers and support them on technical matters
Create and maintain technical documentation and ERP routing
Prepare technical reports and escalates issues to management as needed
Investigate new processes and technologies with technical departments
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain strong relationships
Responsabilità   Master/Bachelor in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
Extensive motor sport industry experience, F1 preferred
Strong understanding of carbon prepreg processes
Fluency in English;
Italian preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Proactivity, innovation, and excellent communication
Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and strong project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Travel up to 10%
