We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to design and develop static mechanical components such as RF enclosures, chassis, brackets, and heat‑dissipating structures for communication systems. The role involves performing thermal and structural analyses to ensure optimal performance under diverse environmental conditions and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with high‑frequency electronic systems.

• Design RF enclosures, chassis, brackets, and heat‑dissipating structures.
• Conduct thermal and structural analyses for optimal heat dissipation and structural integrity.
• Collaborate with RF, PCB, and electrical engineers to integrate designs.
• Develop 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, and bills of materials using Fusion 360 or Solid Works.
• Select appropriate materials and coatings for RF shielding and heat transfer.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental requirements.
• Support prototype assembly, testing, and validation of hardware.
• Prepare engineering reports and maintain revision control for design updates.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in mechanical design for RF, electronics, or telecommunication products.
• Proficiency in CAD design using Fusion 360 and AutoCAD.
• Experience with thermal management and mechanical simulation tools.
• Strong knowledge of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and vibration analysis.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fair Lawn, NJ.

Pay range: $ – $ per year.
