Credit and Collections Specialist

• Protect revenue and improve cash flow by managing customer credit risk, driving timely collections, and resolving complex accounts receivable issues.
• Work closely with internal partners across sales, customer service, compliance, and supply chain to reduce days sales outstanding, forecast delinquency risk, and ensure customer payments align with agreed credit terms.
• Oversee credit evaluations, credit limit reviews, and order release decisions while escalating high‑risk exposures when necessary.
• Prepare and analyze AR aging and exposure reports, reconcile promotional allowances and returns, support month‑end close activities, and ensure adherence to credit policies and internal controls.
• Independently resolve complex disputes, manage major retail accounts, improve collections processes, and contribute insights to strengthen overall credit and receivables performance.
