We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. The BT will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

• The Behavior Technician will provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to clients under BCBA supervision, implement behavior intervention plans, collect data on client progress, and assist in developing individualized treatment and behavior plans. The BT will collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in behavior strategies, document client progress, maintain accurate medical records, support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions, and conduct structured teaching sessions based on ABA principles.

• Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents, including familiarity with medical documentation and care plans.
