We seek a seasoned leader looking to join an organization in a high-growth period. This individual will drive success for their site while ensuring a positive experience for all. A successful candidate would love working outdoors in all conditions and will be excited to roll up their sleeves to get the job done! You will manage a team of highly trained, optimistic Advisors, Operators, Attendants, and Supervisors to provide exceptional guest service in a fun, interactive atmosphere.
We need a dedicated team member that has experience in management, and a willingness to learn the car wash industry.
Speeders Car Wash

General Requirements- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 18 years of age or older
- 50+ Hour Work Week – Including Evenings and Weekends
- Advanced Computer Skills
- Mechanical aptitude or knowledge
- 4+ years of successful management experience
- Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus!
- Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred
- Conduct reports on site-specific analytics and issues
- Participate in nationwide and regional initiatives
- Drive business for your site of operation
- Develop your team and manage corrective action
- Repair minor mechanical issues
- Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
- Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
- Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
- Recruit and coach team members to ensure company values and customer service expectations are met
- Manage all fiscal responsibility for site
- Other duties as assigned
$75,000 - $85,000 a year (75k-85k All in.)
