Garden State Surgical Center is seeking compassionate, experienced, and highly organized Registered Nurses (RN) to join our ambulatory surgery center team. The ideal candidates are committed to delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring patient safety, and creating a positive surgical experience from admission through discharge in Spine, Total Joint, Hip Arthroscopy cases and more.

Qualifications
Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
BLS certification required.
ACLS certification required or ability to obtain within established timeframe.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
Previous Pre-Op, PACU, critical care, emergency department, or ambulatory surgery experience preferred.
Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Skills Experience in an ambulatory surgery center setting.
Knowledge of orthopedic surgical procedures.
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional patient care standards.
