Groomer

Overview

We are looking for experienced Groomers to join our pack! Provide exceptional grooming services such as brushing, bathing, and conditioning. $1,500 sign‑on bonus for new hires with 1+ year of experience.

• Delight neighbors and pets with grooming services, including brushing, bathing, and conditioning.
• Groom and style pets per owners’ instructions or breed standards.
• Ensure wellness and safety of all pets.
• Develop long‑term relationships with pet parents, recommending products and services.
• Promote community outreach to attract new neighbors into the store.
• Successfully complete Safety Training certification.
• Perform routine cleaning to keep the grooming area clean and inviting.
• Assist store team members during grooming downtime.
• Continuously develop grooming skills and techniques.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of grooming experience with formal training or under a certified groomer.
• Ability to lift or pick up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or stoop for extended periods.
• Provide own grooming equipment (clippers, blades, scissors, etc.).
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Pass required drug screening (where required) and be 18 years or older.

Minimum: $15.99 per hour
Maximum: $16.75 per hour
