Service/Sales BDC Administrator
Dealership: L0143 Chevrolet GMC of Fairbanks
Pay: $25.00/Hourly
Schedule: Full-time
Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
- Manage high call volumes and accurately route calls
- Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments
- Maintain and update customer records
- Follow up with customers to support appointment attendance and retention efforts
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Service and Sales BDC teams
- Assist with reporting, data entry, and document management
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reception, office administration, and customer service (phone and in-person)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
