Foundation Health Partners is seeking a per-diem Electrophysiology Cardiologist to support our highly experienced team at Porter Heart & Vascular Center, the only full‑time cardiology clinic serving Interior Alaska and the Far North.
The OpportunityWe are recruiting a per‑diem Electrophysiology Cardiologist to join the cardiovascular team at Porter Heart & Vascular Center located inside Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. This one‑week‑per‑month role focuses on outpatient electrophysiology care, providing evaluation and follow‑up for adult patients with arrhythmias and implanted cardiac devices. You'll work alongside an experienced group of interventional cardiologists, a vascular surgeon, and advanced practice providers. This role is ideal for physicians seeking flexibility while still practicing meaningful subspecialty care in a region with limited EP access.
- Compensation: $4,230/8hr shift. Lodging & Travel available.
- Schedule:
1‑week per month. M‑F 8am‑5pm. - Patient Panel: 14 patients in clinic 4 days; 1 procedure day
- Team:
Robust and collaborative cardiovascular team consisting of 2 interventional cardiologists, 1 vascular surgeon and 6 advanced practice providers.
