We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead our 6-person electrical engineering department. This leadership role is for a licensed professional eager to contribute to a team, guide technical development, and participate in projects across Alaska.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Professional Engineering (PE) license
• 5+ years of experience in building systems design, power distribution, lighting, or similar
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Collaborative problem-solving approach
• Commitment to high-quality project completion

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of electrical engineers and EITs
• Oversee design of power, lighting, and signal systems for various projects
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines
• Set technical standards and support staff development
• Engage in client meetings and project planning
