Eligibility Quality Control Technician 2 is a key position within the Division of Public Assistance (DPA). The role involves conducting federally required audits of DPA programs, reviewing eligibility decisions, and ensuring staff comply with federal and state rules.
Responsibilities- Conduct audits of DPA program eligibility decisions.
- Review and verify staff compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Identify program discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain high audit standards to improve services for Alaskans.
- Travel within Alaska as required.
