Pay & Benefits- Hourly wage $36.44 – $58.30 based on experience and education
- Retention bonus: $20,000 for eligible new hires

- Performs mammography procedures by following and verifying provider orders.
- Educates patients/families regarding the procedure and demonstrates professional conduct.
- Produces high‑quality images, prepares and presents them with pertinent patient information, and maintains accurate documentation.
- Performs equipment quality‑control measurements, troubleshoots, and notifies appropriate personnel to maintain performance.
- Maintains a safe environment and adheres to safety policies.
- Accounts for ethical, legal, and professional responsibilities related to the radiology practice.
- Assures efficient operation of departmental workflow and monitors inventory to prevent service interruption.
- Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- National certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and licensure by the state regulatory agency if applicable.
- Advanced specialty certification required within 18 months of hire if applicable.
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, including 12 months in an acute‑care hospital setting within the past 12 months.

Independently performs prescribed mammography procedures in accordance with facility policies and protocols. Internal customers include medical imaging staff, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams; external customers include regulatory agencies, patients, and families.
Essential FunctionsDEXA experience is preferred.
