Position: RESIDENTIAL AIDE I

Residential Aide (RA) I/II – Fairbanks Native Association

This position functions as a part of the clinical team in a culturally sensitive consumer residential treatment facility to provide rehabilitation services to consumers who are experiencing emotional and behavioral complications and addictive disorders.

Pay Range

$19.29/hr - $28.34/hr (base pay; may vary based on skills and experience)

Programs
  • Women and Children Center for Inner Healing (WCCIH): A medium‑intensity, long‑term residential treatment program for substance‑abusing pregnant and postpartum mothers with children up to age seven. Includes group and individual sessions for addiction recovery, life skills, and parenting support.
  • Short‑term Residential Alcohol & Drug Rehabilitation
    : A 45‑day program available to native and non‑native adults, providing individual or group counseling, alcohol/drug education, and case management.
  • Street Outreach Advocacy Program (SOAP)/SOAP Basic Center
    :
    An outreach program for children aged 10‑25 at risk of homelessness or current homelessness, focusing on protection from abuse, exploitation, and criminal activity.
Qualifications
  • RA I:
    High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Must be at least 25 years old with a clean driving record for the past three years.
  • RA II
    :
    Three years of regular, full‑time specialized work experience providing direct consumer care to culturally diverse consumers with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
