Salary InformationSalary Range: $66,445 to $113,823 (depending on experience). Licensed clinicians eligible for $20,000 signing bonus; unlicensed clinicians eligible for $10,000 signing bonus. Additional annual incentive up to 5% of salary.

About the TeamThe adult outpatient clinic in Fairbanks is a multidisciplinary team that provide comprehensive behavioral healthcare services to adults with mental health challenges or life stressors. Clinicians treat a wide range of needs, including grief, addictions, relationships, trauma, serious mental illnesses using evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
Responsibilities (All Clinician Levels)- Provide clinical evaluation and treatment services to assigned clients.
- Provide clinical oversight to non‑master's staff and supervise graduate interns as required.
- Make referrals, treatment planning, and coordinate mental health services with community and state agencies; maintain professional recordkeeping.
- Participate in program evaluation and quality improvement activities.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and maintain professional behavior in line with agency mission.
- Evaluate crisis situations promptly and provide necessary services to resolve crisis; conduct clinical evaluations to determine risk and appropriate level of care.
- Participate in regular individual and group supervision.
- Provide behavioral health services using evidence-based practices such as CBT.
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Unlicensed clinicians may receive licensure assistance on site.
- Similar responsibilities as Clinician I, with added supervision of bachelor-level providers.
- Provide behavioral health services using evidence-based practices such as CBT.
- Licensed Clinical Professional (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW required).
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Licensed Clinical Professional (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW required).
- Provide behavioral health services in Anchorage and statewide via telehealth.
- Develop individualized treatment plans (internal and external standards). Document progress and review plans.
- Provide clinical supervision for unlicensed providers.
- Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.
D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from regionally accredited institution, or Master’s in Social Work licensed as Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Master’s in Counseling licensed as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); or Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy.
