Pay & Benefits:
- Compensation: $38.42-$63.35 hourly wage based on experience and education
- Relocation Assistance:up to $7,500 Relocation Assistance
- Temporary Housing:90 Days Temporary Housing Provided
- Additional Pay:Shift Differential, Annual Increases, Paid Time Off

Our float pool team at Fairbanks Memorial is beloved across the organization. We are responsible for staffing 6 units across the hospital. Our float responsibilities include floating to:
Behavioral Health

West surgical unit
Pediatrics

South medical unit
Women’s Center for mother/baby couplet care
Intensive Care unit
This job is ideal for an independent learner who loves to critically think in a flexible and fast-paced environment. No two days are the same when you are in the float pool and you’ll soon make friends all over the hospital. We would love for you to expand your knowledge base and learn to care for a variety of patients in a supportive and team based environment.
