Evening Line Cook - Part Time - 4:30pm - 10:30pm

The primary purpose of this position is to maintain and set up food production and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasoning, and all other food items prepared in the different kitchen stations. This ensures that every dish is prepared to proper specifications in a timely and consistent manner, with preparation, plating, and presentation standards maintained and safety standards and regulations followed to provide the highest quality food standards and consistency.
The cook also maintains sanitation and the safety of a clean work and food prep environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- State Food Handlers required or ability to obtain one
- Must be able to work evening shifts
- Paid Holidays – 6 paid holidays after one year of service (upon hire for salaried team members)
