• Help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings in a rapidly changing industry.
• Manage litigation and regulatory matters, including drafting motions, briefs, and leading settlement negotiations.
• Counsel Epic on its approach to an evolving competitive landscape and contribute to strategic decision‑making.
• Assist with oral arguments and trial proceedings as required.

• 3–7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, and leading settlement negotiations.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Detail‑oriented, creative, and with excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
