The OpportunityFoundation Health Partners OB/GYN provides compassionate care tailored to the needs of women throughout every stage of life. Within the FHP OB/GYN clinic, we offer fully equipped facilities for outpatient obstetric and gynecologic services, including annual exams, birth control counseling, prenatal care, and menopause support. Our patient‑centered team focuses on prevention, early detection, and ongoing management of women's health conditions. As part of our group, you will help deliver high‑quality care that supports the well‑being of women across Fairbanks and surrounding communities.
Compensationand Schedule
- Base salary starting at $147,112, with additional earnings based on experience and productivity.
- Sign‑on bonus of $40k.
- Schedule:
M‑F outpatient clinic, no night call; weekends & holidays off. - 7 weeks ATO, 2 weeks CME.
- Patient panel: a variety of female patients seeking wellness support in the outpatient setting.
- Team: 2 OB/GYN physicians, 1 RN and 1 MA.

- $5,000 paid CME, licensure/credential reimbursement, and covered malpractice insurance.

- 90 days of temporary housing for relocating providers.
Fairbanks is the second largest city in Alaska, offering large‑town amenities, breathtaking landscapes, and wide‑open space. Highlights include the University of Alaska Fairbanks, Ft. Wainwright Army Post, Eielson Air Force Base, multiple schools, and no state or sales tax. Outdoor activities range from hiking and fishing in the summer to skiing and dog mushing in the winter.
Minimum Qualifications- Master's degree in nursing with clinical care experience.
- Approved to practice as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Prescribing and dispensing authority granted by the state board of nursing or personal DEA license.
- Proficient in computer applications and database management.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current or in‑process Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
