Seeking a full‑time Family Nurse Practitioner for a community health center in Seward, Alaska. Candidates with experience in rural family medicine, pediatrics, and women’s health are encouraged to apply.
Salary & Benefits- Salary
: $130,000 – $155,000 per year, with a $10,000 hiring bonus. - Shift schedule
: steady 4×10 day shift, no on‑call hours. - Benefits
: health insurance, paid holidays, PTO, disability and life insurance, 3% 401(k) contribution.
- Provide primary care, manage acute and chronic illnesses, perform exams and procedures, and educate patients.
- Collaborate with specialists, participate in community outreach, and ensure quality care.
- Bachelor’s degree and NP certification.
- Alaska license or eligibility.
- Minimum 5 years primary care and 3 years rural care experience.
- Women’s health and pediatrics preferred.
- Current DEA and BLS required.
- Independent judgment in a culturally sensitive, scenic setting.
