American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a night shift contract position requiring an active AK RN license and at least 2 years of ICU experience.
Details- Work in the ICU/CCU unit of a hospital environment
- 16-week contract with 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week
- 3 weekend shifts required per schedule period
- Floating required to function as a nurse during slow census periods
- On-call not mandatory but helpful
- Active AK RN license required (may apply prior to acceptance, but must be active before start)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience required, 5+ years preferred
- Unit has received AACN Gold Beacon Award for excellence in nursing care
- Holiday coverage required
- Free housing available with 1-bedroom units (pet units not available)
