American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN for a 16-week day shift contract requiring an active AK license and mandatory call coverage.

• Operating Room setting handling General, GYN, Urology, Robotics (da Vinci) in Gen/GYN/Urology, Ortho, Neuro/Spine, Podiatry, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Eyes, and Trauma cases
• 10-hour day shifts, rotating Monday through Friday, 07:00-17:30
• Weekend and holiday coverage required for call
• Mandatory on-call requirement
• Occasional floating to Endo may be required

• Active AK RN license required
• Current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2+ years of OR nursing experience required, 5+ years preferred
• New graduates not accepted
• Reliable transportation required

• Free private housing for 1 occupant available (pets not permitted), with an optional housing allowance for those who opt out
• A vehicle is recommended due to winter conditions; a car allowance is available
• Fingerprints must be mailed to the Alaska Department of Health and Services within 48 hours of offer acceptance
