The Food and Beverage Supervisors are an integral part of the Food and Beverage Management team. You will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, providing excellent service to our guests including answering inquiries and effectively handling complaints while maintaining professionalism and a friendly, positive attitude that supports HAP service excellence values. This position supervises and motivates team members in line with company standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Supervises food and beverage staff and the activities of the food and beverage operations and services.
- Monitors and tracks sales and recommends strategies to achieve sales and performance goals.
- Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies, objectives, and applicable government laws and regulations.
- Ensures all venues are always presentable and ready for service.
- Handles guest complaints according to provided guidelines.
- Provides coaching and guidance to seasonal FOH F&B team.
- Conducts regular checks of cashier’s paperwork, deposits, tips, and correctly closes out the POS system.
- Hold pre‑shift meetings with all FOH Team Members.
- Partners with F&B leadership team to uphold safety, service, and company expectations.
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and sanitation guidelines.
- Contributes effectively to a positive guest experience while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance.
- Proficiency in the use of computer business applications, with working knowledge of computerized point of sales (POS) systems.
- Minimum age of 18 years required to serve alcohol in the State of Alaska.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.

- Must have or be able to obtain a valid Alaska Food Handler’s Card.
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid alcohol safety card for the State of Alaska.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
- Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
- Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
