Provide leadership support and direction during primetime hours (3 p‑7 p M‑F; 11 a‑7 p Sat/Sun) to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Partner with the store leader and department leader to develop a high‑performance culture where associates are aligned to the business strategy and receive the knowledge and training needed to deliver a consistently great experience for Every Customer, Every Time. • Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Produce or retail experience
• Management experience
• Second language proficiency (speaking, reading, or writing)
• Strong team leadership and performance goal setting
• Proficiency in inventory processes, including CAO and back‑room best practices
• Knowledge of merchandising standards and in‑stock behaviors
• Experience creating and executing sales promotions in partnership with store management
• Commitment to safety programs and compliance with local, state, and federal laws
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
