Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

NOW HIRING! WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN TO JOIN OUR TEAM! You would be responsible for our restaurant facilities and equipment maintenance within the Fairbanks and North Pole areas. Travel to Anchorage, Soldotna, Wasilla, Palmer, and Eagle River areas may be required from time to time.

Duties include (but are not limited to) equipment planned maintenance, preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, fixing potential safety hazards, repairing interior and exterior damages, and other related tasks as needed.

Reliable transportation to get to work is required. Driving between restaurants will be necessary. Purchasing supplies and picking up equipment parts will be part of this job.

This position requires an individual who is self‑motivated, can work independently or with a crew, and can be adaptable with constantly changing job duties. Experience working with, repairing, installing, and replacing a variety of restaurant equipment is preferred. It is important that you can perform your work with minimal disruption to customers and employees. Basic e‑mail, texting, computer and other related skills are necessary.

This position is full‑time and generally from Monday to Friday. There will be emergencies that require intermittent late night or evening work, possibly on weekends.
