Warehouse Worker

About This Role

The primary function of this role is to provide friendly, helpful and expeditious customer service to our VIP customers. The successful applicant will safely and accurately ship and receive parts orders, stock and pick orders from storage, operate a forklift as needed, ensure accuracy and timeliness in each order to meet customer expectations, communicate effectively with customers and work groups, and perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Previous customer service experience in a parts setting preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with workload requiring you to be on your feet throughout the day.
• Ability to work successfully in fast‑paced and sometimes stressful situations.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Team‑player mindset and ability to interact well across work groups to fulfill customer needs.
• Skilled communicator.
