Program Integration and Project Management Support

Key Responsibilities- Provide project management level support for systems integration and planning requirements of the AFLCMC/WII programs, including special projects, combat systems, and related functional branches at WPAFB, OH.
- Provide advisory assistance and input for strategic and integration planning for AFLCMC/WII programs.
- Support the full spectrum of the MQ‑9 programs including development, production, retrofit and sustainment activities.
- Coordinate key program details to show overall program status and provide advisory and draft documentation support to integrate logistics, engineering, and test activities for MQ‑9 project schedules.
- Utilize knowledge of cost, schedule and technical performance reporting requirements (DoD EVMS, DFARS, OSD IPMR) to review and analyze Contractor EVMS reporting.
- Assess mechanical integrity of project schedule logic, links, and constraints using DCMA 14‑Point Schedule Health Assessment; develop objective analysis including schedule leads, lags, relationship types, float, durations, critical path, CPLI and BEI.
- Provide advisory assistance based on program and project management standards (DoD IMP/IMS, AFLCMC Process Guides, MIL‑STD‑881C). Review CDRL IMS deliverables for compliance with DID.
- Provide risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning/implementation using Joint IPT Risk Management Plan, AFLCMC Process Guides.
- Provide advisory and draft documentation support for preparation and coordination of program briefings, execution reports, decision papers, and key acquisition program documentation.
- Support collection of program data; develop estimates for future budgets, planning, deep‑dives, what‑if modifications, and roadmaps.
- Assist in implementing standardized scheduling management processes and program reviews.
- Minimum of ten years Microsoft Project experience, including two years of experience using MS Project 2010 and two years using Milestones Professional R2010 KIDASA Software.
- Strong knowledge of DoD cost, schedule and technical performance reporting systems including EVMS and IPMR.
- Experience with DCMA schedule health assessment and schedule analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with AFLCMC Process Guides (A105, A106, A107), DoD Integrated Master Plan, Integrated Master Schedule, and MIL‑STD‑881C.
- Experience with risk management per AFLCMC Process Guide A102 and Joint IPT Risk Management Plan.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for advisory and draft documentation support.
