AI​/ML Engineer

Position:
AI/ML Engineer

• Analyze, interpret, and apply data science methodologies to complex data sets
• Plan and execute the deployment of trained AI/ML models to production environments
• Translate complex technical findings into applicable models and algorithms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including military leadership, software engineers, and technical experts, to align data initiatives with mission objectives
• Provide subject matter expertise on emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and machine learning

• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data science, analytics, or quantitative research, with demonstrated expertise in AI/ML deployments to a production environment
• Knowledge of federal data governance standards, cybersecurity requirements, and ethical considerations in AI/ML
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Technical Expertise:
  Deep knowledge of data science methods and deployments
• Adaptability:
  Ability to pivot quickly in response to evolving mission requirements and emerging technologies

• Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
