Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a All-Source Intelligence Analyst

MTSI All-Source Analyst will participate in regional threat wargames and develop analytic insights on military force employment as well as provide focused expertise enabling long term research, analysis, assessment, and production of military force employment topics in support of the National Air and Space Intelligence Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio. A successful candidate will work to enable military force employment topics such as specific threat environment scenarios to frame and scope vignette, mission-level, and engagement-level elements of potential adversary campaign planning and execution analysis and assessment.

The candidate will work as part of a team comprised of military, government, and other contractors to achieve high confidence answers to problems of interest on-site at WPAFB.

• Collect and analyze intelligence data from various sources including open source, classified, and internal/external databases.
• Develop comprehensive intelligence reports and briefings for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and actionable insights.
• Monitor and evaluate emerging threats and trends to provide timely and accurate intelligence assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligence findings into operational planning and decision-making processes.
• Maintain and update intelligence databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential threats.
• Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies in intelligence analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Engineering, International Relations, Political Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information from multiple sources.
• Proficiency in using intelligence databases, tools, and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Security clearance: TS/SCI

• Experience with Open-Source Intelligence
  
  OSINT) Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), or Cyber Intelligence.
• Foreign language proficiency.
• Knowledge of global political and security issues.
