Responsibilities- Manage purchasing activities and the full procurement cycle.
- Source and evaluate suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and monitor orders through delivery.
- Maintain supplier relationships and resolve procurement issues.
- Analyze costs and identify opportunities for savings and process improvement.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet purchasing and operational requirements.
- Education:
Associate’s degree with concentration accounting/procurement, or comparable knowledge. - Experience:
3+ years of experience in accounting and or procurement. At least 2-4 years of experience with the nonprofit sector. - Certification: N/A
