The Tactical Air Dominance (TAD) Department (N151) is transforming warfighter operations by accelerating the fielding of advanced families of weapon systems through digital acquisition, advanced simulation and emulation, resilient communications, and autonomy experimentation. Our work advances the U.S. Air Force Air Superiority mission by enabling warfighters to execute current and emerging kill chains effectively in highly contested environments. We value deep technical and operational expertise, a mission-focused mindset, and the ability to connect advanced capability acquisition directly to warfighters, analysts, and end users.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe TAD Strategic Advisor will be accountable for delivering innovative, high-impact, and high-quality solutions to critical mission challenges. Working closely with group leaders, chief engineers, and department managers, the Strategic Advisor will help attract, develop, and align top talent with the expertise needed to address TAD’s most critical mission challenges.
