Customer Service Associate

We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and experience required include:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment (highly preferred)
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Physical ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs., and perform tasks like walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

This is a part-time position located at 25 E Dayton Yellow Springs Rd, Fairborn, Ohio 45324, with a pay range of $11.50 to $12 per hour.
