Perform building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary;
Repair/replace any broken or missing amenities or equipment when needed;
Conduct club inspections to identify and resolve issues, and ensure equipment is in proper working order;
Prioritize the maintenance and repairs of company equipment and parts including all cardio and strength training equipment;
Implement preventative maintenance measures.
