Full‑time Maintenance Technician

8:30‑5:30 PM Monday through Friday, On‑call every other week ( $100 bonus for weeks on‑call and a minimum of 1.5 hrs for emergencies )

$22‑24 an hour plus a quarterly bonus of up to $750

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Turn and make units ready in between tenant occupancy
• Complete repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
• Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on‑call system

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in the maintenance field preferred
• 6+ months experience in apartment maintenance
• Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
• Plumbing and electrical experience
• EPA Universal Certification a plus
• CPO Certification a plus
• Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
• Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)
