Senior Accounting Analyst (Materials and Inventory)

Join Nestlé Purina North America as a Senior Accounting Analyst (Materials and Inventory) and contribute to the integrity and excellence of our pet food manufacturing operations.

Position Summary:

• Develop and maintain inventory control and material accounting systems, ensuring compliance with GAAP and Nestlé accounting standards.
• Provide continuous analysis of variance results and losses of raw and packaging materials and finished product.
• Coordinate monthly closing activities for materials accounting and report results at review meetings.
• Manage budget requirements for materials accounting.
• Maintain data integrity for material master data to support traceability.
• Lead physical inventory procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Support cross‑training of accounting personnel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in general accounting, cost accounting, and/or inventory control in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Compensation:

• Approximate pay range: $69,000 to $104,000 per year.
