Meineke Car Care Center is an independently owned and operated automotive repair franchise. We look for passionate, customer‑focused Automotive Service Advisors who thrive in a fast‑paced shop environment.

• At least two years in sales and estimate writing
• Entry‑level technician skills (C‑Tech skillset) required
• At least one year working with customers and automotive technicians
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong computer and estimating software skills
• Willingness to undergo a background check/drug screening
• Full‑time, five days per week
• Excellent appearance and strong verbal & written communication skills

• Answer phones, greet customers, and consistently follow up
• Evaluate customer concerns, prepare proper work orders, and communicate between customers and technicians
• Select proper parts, prepare written estimates, present estimates to customers, and place orders
• Complete basic automotive services (e.g., oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, tire mounting, balancing)
• Participate in training as required
• Act as a key holder—open and close the store when needed
