Summary:

The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) is seeking to hire an Operations Manager, Advanced Practice Initiatives (API).

The Operations Manager, API, is responsible for the coordination of operational efficiency of the Advanced Practice Initiatives and Certification Outreach department ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. The manager leads initiatives to enhance departmental operations using data, evidence-based practice, and collaboration to improve outcomes, streamline processes and ensure compliance with standards. Provide expert project management and evaluation for the development, deliverables, and services specific to advanced practice work at the American Nurses Enterprise.

They serve as the primary quality assurance liaison, developing and updating procedures, and monitoring project activities for ISO 9001 compliance standards. They collect and analyze data, maintain dashboards, lead quality improvement projects, and translate best evidence into practice to ensure high-quality advanced practice deliverables. They coordinate APRN-focused information sessions, communicate key initiatives, and manage APRN inquiries. They collaborate with departments to effectively utilize data and develop processes for efficient intake management and resolution of high-volume and complex inquiries.

• Responsible for coordination of operational efficiency of the Advanced Practice Initiatives and Certification Outreach department ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. Provide expert project management and evaluation for the development and delivery of educational products and services specific to advanced practice.
• Serves as primary quality assurance liaison, responsible for developing and updating procedures and monitors project activities for ISO 9001 compliance standards.
• Collects and analyzes data while maintaining dashboards to identify gaps, measure the impact of initiatives, and make recommendations for enhancement of Advanced Practice Deliverables.
• Translates best evidence into practice and facilitates the integration of various programmatic efforts across the ANE to ensure high-quality advanced practice deliverables.
• Coordinates APRN-focused information sessions (town halls, webinars and office hours) by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and effectively communicate key initiatives and updates to target audiences.
• Operationalizes the scheduling, planning and delivery of nurse planner approved content programming.
• Assists and collaborates with ANE departments in delivering education internal and external stakeholders as needed.

• Data entry collaboration with Certification and APRN validation annual and real-time aggregate data report.
• Assists Information Technology, Marketing, and Communications with data analysis and interpretation, including the creation of technical and non-technical reports.
