Patient education is the number one priority. You'll carry a high-acuity caseload at a Level I Trauma and academic medical center, with an 8-week structured onboarding paired with a senior preceptor, and a well-staffed PRN pool that keeps weekend coverage to roughly 1 in 8.

- Acute care experience preferred, but strong new grads will be considered
- Team player who adapts well to changing caseloads
