Bilingual Senior Recruiter

Diverse Staffing is seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual Senior Recruiter to join our team in Fairburn, GA. This role is responsible for leading recruiting efforts, building candidate pipelines, supporting branch objectives, and providing exceptional service to candidates, employees, and clients. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has a strong staffing and recruiting background, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Based on responsibilities and qualifications outlined in, this role focuses on recruiting, candidate management, client support, compliance, and branch performance goals.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for light industrial, clerical, and professional positions.
• Source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Conduct recruiting calls, text outreach, and email campaigns to attract talent.
• Partner with branch leadership and client services teams to effectively fulfill customer staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records within the ATS.
• Support onboarding activities, background screenings, drug testing, and new hire orientation.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, temporary employees, and customer contacts.
• Assist with employee relations matters and elevate issues when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and employment laws.
• Meet recruiting performance metrics and branch goals.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting or staffing industry experience.
• Proven experience sourcing and placing candidates in high-volume environments.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ATS platforms, and recruiting technologies.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

• Local travel may be required between branch locations, client sites, hiring events, and job fairs.
