The Commercial Lines Client Service Manager plays a vital role in supporting our clients, maintaining strong relationships, and delivering efficient, high-quality service across all stages of the account lifecycle.
Work Performed
- Support the servicing of commercial lines business, including data management, documentation, policy changes, audits, premium comparisons, billing, and day-to-day servicing
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members
- Coordinate and process policy documents including binders, , insurance summaries, proposals and certificates
- Handle client billing including invoicing, reconciling account discrepancies, and tracking outstanding payments
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship management skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proactive problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
- Experience with commercial lines insurance is preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with agency workflows and management systems (e.g., Applied Epic) is a plus
- Understanding of agency workflows and procedures
