As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving daily operational excellence while leading high‑performing teams across our Georgia facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead daily logistics facility operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, throughput, and on‑time delivery.
• Serve as a key customer interface, coordinating schedules, managing expectations, and adjusting labor in real time.
• Execute contingency plans during disruptions; support root‑cause and post‑mortem analyses.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and targets; implement corrective actions and elevate risks.
• Provide visible leadership to Warehouse Managers and operational teams, modeling DP World values.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as required to support business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Progressive leadership experience in operations, plant, warehouse, or logistics management (automotive or logistics industry preferred).
• Strong analytical skills; ability to assess complex operational data and make sound decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to senior leadership and customers.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity, solve problems, and lead through change.
• Proficiency with standard business systems and tools (email, databases, spreadsheets, reporting, etc.).

Standing and walking for long periods; bending, stooping, kneeling, crawling, crouching. Lifting 20–50 lbs repetitively.

Work in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse environment with temperature variations. Must wear PPE as required.
