This position is based in Fairburn, GA. Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Make consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.

• Experience leading a team, managing 3 to 15 people during shifts.
• Positive attitude and strong motivation skills.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Be a great role model, leader, punctual, and have a positive attitude with customers and co‑workers.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
