We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in the sale of construction and demolition rolloff container services within the waste management industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company by building strong client relationships and expanding our market presence.

• Develop and maintain relationships with construction companies, demolition contractors, and waste management firms to promote our rolloff container services.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
• Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our construction and demolition rolloff containers to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and pickup of containers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction, demolition, or waste management industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing deals.
• Knowledge of construction and demolition processes and waste management practices is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
