  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and share targeted sales materials such as bulletins and data sheets.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and performance against targets, with a strong emphasis on managing sales budgets, forecasting, and negotiating pricing agreements to drive revenue growth and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for management while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and providing regular sales updates to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including Production, Sales, and Customer Support—to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment, while gathering customer insights to improve products, services, and sales processes, and supporting the sales team in managing accounts and closing deals.
  • Stay current with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure all sales activities are compliant with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the airline or aerospace industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in sales tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; able to draw insights from sales data.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-driven and persistent with excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Highly adaptable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-focused with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
