Sales Representative – Construction and Demolition Rolloff Services

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company by building strong client relationships and expanding our market presence.

• Develop and maintain relationships with construction companies, demolition contractors, and waste management firms to promote our rolloff container services.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
• Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our construction and demolition rolloff containers to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and pickup of containers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction, demolition, or waste management industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing deals.
• Knowledge of construction and demolition processes and waste management practices is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
