Hammond Services is looking for qualified residential plumbers to grow with us. We are a family‑owned and operated business serving the South Metro Atlanta area since 1979, with a strong reputation in heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical work.

• Manual work at the journeyman level in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems.
• Performance of skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, service, and repair work independently.
• Discuss plumbing malfunctions with customers to avoid future problems.
• Use of software to report work completed and collect customer payments (COD).
• Collaborate with other technicians to complete installations and repairs efficiently.

• 3+ years residential plumbing service and installation experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong finger and manual dexterity for handling pipes and plumbing fixtures.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and proficient at reading blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes.
• Willing to work in all types of weather.
• Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade.
• Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work.
• Have a valid driver’s license and meet auto insurance requirements (minimum age to drive 22 years old).
• Be able to pass a pre‑employment drug test and criminal background check.
• Effectively manage call volume and day‑to‑day tasks; be able to work flexible schedules including overtime, as needed.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
