. The lead will assist in monitoring and controlling inventory integrity and lead a team within the warehouse operations.

1st

Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00 am – 3:30 pm.
Weekend 1st

Shift: Friday-Sunday 5:00 pm – 3:30 am.
2nd

Shift: Monday-Thursday 4:30 pm – 3:00 am.
Weekend 2nd Shift: Friday-Sunday 5:00 pm – 4:30 am.

• Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
• Assist with monitoring daily KPIs, quality metrics, employee timecard exceptions and productivity administration; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as backup and support to the Supervisor, representing them in periods of absence.
• Liaise with all operational departments to ensure smooth workflow and maximum synergy.
• Provide leadership to staff, establish clear expectations, act as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in warehouse operations and activities.
• Work required schedule as determined to meet production goals and key performance indicators; schedule may fluctuate based on business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in a lead role.
• Experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Prior forklift experience.

DP World offers a market‑competitive compensation package. Salary range: $60,000 – $90,000 per annum.
